Context :

Photovoltaic energy enables to supply signal devices situated on isolated grounds. It is therefore a particularly advantageous solution in the projects of motorway signalisation and terrestrial and maritime beaconing.

The assets of our photovoltaic solutions:

Provide energy outside electrical supply network

Competitive cost

Have a regulation system which allows an optimal use

Protection against theft and vandalism available on request

Components of great reliability requiring little maintenance

TENESOL adds to all the qualities of a photovoltaic generator its expertise and its technological competences, acquired since its creation in 1983.

We are able to study all requests, whatever the applications and the constraints of the sites, even in the most extreme environments.

Principle of operation:

Photovoltaic modules directly convert solar radiations into D.C. current. The energy produced is stored in a battery which restores it when needed – at night or when there is less sunshine. The regulator protects the battery from excessive loads and major discharges.

Fields of application:

Beaconing
Our terrestrial and maritime beaconing systems are autonomous, particularly reliable and capable of very high performances.

  • Luminous beaconings for air navigation obstacles: bridges, pylons, antennas...
  • Luminous beaconings for maritime navigation assistance: buoys, lighthouses, information signs...
  • Beaconings on the ground: runways, navigation assistance...

Road signs
With the wealth of experience gained on the French and European markets behind us, TENESOL places at your disposal a document gathering the whole of our achievements regarding the supply of road signs by photovoltaic energy.

  • Luminous road signs: signs of danger, information...
  • Supply of weathercast station
  • Price display in petrol stations

Associated products:

As an option, a data acquisition, possibly connected to a modem, enables to control very precisely the functioning of the station thanks to a daily recording of the measured values.
