Training is given either in the buildings of TENESOL, in the installation site or in the headquarters of the operation administrator.

Executive managers of the TENESOL group are in charge of training. Training is systematically integrated in the services proposals of the group companies.

The success of a project goes through a good comprehension of photovoltaics. Although having largely proven to be reliable, photovoltaic technology is not popularized yet on a world scale.

With this intention, TENESOL developed training modules designed for all the different projects levels:

Training of the research departments, building, environment, architects, cabinets specialized in rural development, hydraulics, etc...

Training for contracting authorities on a purely informative, didactic or strategic basis.
Training for professional customers (ex: telecoms): when is it not TENESOL that provides the all-inclusive, telecommunications technicians come to TENESOL to be trained in order to install and bring the generators into service under good conditions.
Training for end-users: The most popular training. When TENESOL equips a whole village in Indonesia for instance, TENESOL ensures training on two levels - Training of the village technicians so that they can ensure basic maintenance, and training of the villagers themselves so that they make the most of their installation.

Many rural electrification projects ended up in failures because the populations had not been prepared enough for the arrival of solar energy in their villages. Thus, TENESOL developed a direct and indirect sociological approach for the villages in which we intervene:

Direct: by sending a sociologist / ethnologist assisted by an engineer, in order to explain the aim of the project.

Indirect: by working upstream with NGO that are based locally in charge of programs (UNDP, BM, MSF, MDM, AICF...)
