The structuring of TENESOL maintenance and operation services has led to:

The creation of a specific software dedicated to the organization of maintenance and intervention tours.

The classification of all the interventions which allows a statistical analysis of the events. If necessary, modifications in terms of organization or material can be carried out.
The edition of a standard maintenance form which integrates information necessary to the follow-up of the installation by the technicians and which they fill with the intervention codes.
The possibility of "no paper" with the use by the technicians of a portable capture terminal  allowing to transfer, in the follow-up database, via a modem or a data-processing connection, the content of their intervention when finishing their working day or tour.



Solutions developed for the applications in remote locations.

ENERCASH: prepayment unit.
Genuine financial and commercial management tool, the concept of prepayment applied to the photovoltaic solar installations is a TENESOL innovation.

It allows, as part of programs where the users pay the service and/or the material installed, to ensure the security of the payments and to guarantee an economic timelessness to the projects.

The user buys from his operator (the grocer of a village for example), a consumption credit materialized by a code which he must, once at home, type on the ENERCASH case. Its installation will work for the credit of hours or energy which he bought.

ENERPAC: a 2 in 1 regulator and data recorder.
Many photovoltaic installations established throughout the world showed their great reliability and important life for all types of applications, as long as a minimum of maintenance and follow-up is assured.

In order to facilitate the control of the photovoltaic generator on behalf of the user and its follow-up on behalf of the contracting authority, TENESOL developed a control tool named ENERPAC®.

ENERPAC® allows you to follow precisely the operation of complex photovoltaic generators integrating annex sources of D.C. or A.C. current such as an aero generator, a power generating unit or a battery charger.

Moreover, ENERPAC® ensures an energy assessment of the use and a detailed analysis compatible with the Charter of Quality of the ADEME / EDF and the recommendations of the E.E.C. (DGXVII).

Lastly, also integrating the function of photovoltaic regulator, ENERPAC® is a true concentrate of technology in service of energy management.

ENERSTAT: static regulator.
Using a technology of an exceptional reliability, the range of ENERSTAT static regulators perfectly fits to photovoltaic systems for an optimized management of the loading and discharging modes of the battery.

ENERSTAT regulators are provided with a load controller which detects low tension of the battery and disconnects the system when necessary.

ENERSOFT: operating software.
This operating software working under Windows allows the management of ENERPAC® and ENERSTAT data acquisition systems through a database containing the information on the various sites to be exploited. The whole of the information is accessible locally, through a modem, a GSM modem or a satellite modem.

ENERSOFT allows you:

  • to remotely control all the regulators relays,
  • to configure all the regulators,
  • to present the recorded measures in the shape of tables and graphs,
  • to visualize alarms in real time,

ENERGRID: Data recorder
Developed by TENESOL for its generators connected to the national grid, ENERGRID is undoubtedly the most complete data recorder in the world. This tool not only allows you to measure all the energy fluxes of a PV system, it also plays an essential part in its monitoring thanks to its remote alarm system.

According to the size of your installation, you will be able to choose between ENERGRID E9 which control up to 9 inverters and ENERGRID E32 which controls up to 32 inverters. For the bigger installations, a combination of ENERGRID E32 will offer you the possibility to manage up to 288 inverters!

GRIDSOFT: operating software.
Delivered with each ENERGRID, this PC software is the ideal tool for any person wishing to control actively and simply its PV installation connected to the grid.
Equipped with a clear interface, GRIDSOFT enables you to browse easily through the various menus and to visualize all the key information in real time.

The whole of the information is accessible locally, through a modem, a GSM modem or a satellite modem.

The GRISOFT allows:

  • to configure and consult each inverter,
  • to configure the whole of the inverters by configuring only one of them,
  • to visualize the whole of the information overall and for each inverter,
  • to present the whole of the information graphically,

QUALISUN: operation assessment accessible on Internet.
Accessible wherever you are through a simple connection on the Internet, QUALISUN allows you to follow simply and technically the operation of one or more photovoltaic sites. Each user can visualize its own data thanks to a password and user code.

The main objectives of the QUALISUN project are:

  • to promote the technology of PV systems connected to the grid,
  • to encourage energy savings through the visualization of the sites productions and consumptions,
  • to provide an on-line database of the performances of the grid connected PV generators.
